Why This Is Not A Good Idea Because It Can Sabotage Your Fat Loss

.Guess what. I did not stop. I was still in formation, and finally had a painful sinus infection, I turned off for about a week and a half. I felt sick and did not really have much fat to burn. I had a few days to recover. But I learned an important lesson - a lesson that you do not even need to learn this way: listen to your body.

If you feel empty, you have a few days until you actually get in shape. I also learned that aerobic exercise is not effective only when you try to teach your body to burn fat fast. What does not five days per week is not also six or seven days. And even if you actually spend much time in the gym, how?

I finally figured out that my body through aerobic exercises instead tends to store fat for the next workout ... oh my! And I discovered that my body is able to cope with stress and tension. I was more "efficient" and did little to a lot of work in the form of aerobic exercise, but I gasped like a horse race, when I tried something a little intense. And I burned, but no fat.

The other problem that presents itself to me, the thought of aerobic exercise are high, the wear on the tendons, ligaments and joints. Endurance athletes often have to fight with them how to walk the same repetitive motion over and over again.
